The shirt I am wearing today is in honor of besties friend and long time family friend Jeff. He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 malignant melanoma. For years he has been a court reporter and his colleagues designed these shirts for a fundraiser. The front reads “Kick big Bertha’s ass.” That is the name he gave the large mass in his lung. The back, which you can see, reads, “love you Jeff.”
Today my training called for touch and go bench press 5×7 at 100 pounds plus. This is the first set at 100 pounds. I said there for sets 2 and 3 and then moved up to 105 pounds for sets 4 and 5.
