John Prout Jr., RPR, of Brant Beach, N.J., was presented with the 2009 Distinguished Service Award during the 2009 annual convention in Washington, D.C. The DSA is NCRAs highest honor. It is presented to members in recognition of outstanding service for the betterment of the profession.
