UPDATE 8/19/2016: Reporters are no longer required to obtain their digital signatures from Symantec — they can use any digital ID they prefer, either free or fee based. Also, they no longer have to use Internet Explorer to export their digital ID. They can use Chrome or Firefox as well as IE. Please refer to the latest instructions on reporter base.com
