During the Feb. 11 Johnson County Board of County Commissioners meeting — in honor of the occasion and before they were honored with a proclamation — JoCo’s own Cindy Isaacsen, court reporter for Judge Thomas Sutherland, brought in her collection of antique stenography machines.
